How does my order get processed?

Orders will be processed within 2 hours during working days. Packages will be handed over to logistic companies within 1-3 business days. The tracking number of your order will be provided to you by email after the shipment is shipped out and documented, typically in 3-5 business days.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?

LycaonBoard covers taxes for customers from the United State and other European countries. If a package were to be checked by the customs office of other uncovered countries, customers have to cover the import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

In addition, some products may require a special license or permit to import. Lycaonboard is not responsible for products confiscated by customs in the country where the customer is located.

Customs vary from country to country, please comment while you are placing the order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.

Why shipment delay?
