We want to ensure you are submitting your concern or inquiry to the right office so it can be handled in a timely manner. Please take a minute and read the following before filing a complaint with our office.
The Department of Consumer Complaints is here to help customers who purchased products or services from the brand LycaonBoard. Complaints give us insights into problems customers are experiencing and help us to regulate the quality of service and products.
Please keep in mind we are an independent department from Lycaon Team and cannot help you with day-to-day order issue. Please make sure that you have tried to communicate directly with the Lycaon Team and have taken the necessary steps to resolve your conflict.
Only use the form below to report the following to our office:
- No response at multiple attempts
- Unfulfilled solutions
- Staff misconduct
- Message harassment
- Misleading or deceptive business practices
To file a consumer complaint, please fill out the required information below and select the submit button once complete. This allows us to receive your information by email.
We'll forward your complaint form to the relative department or person and work to get you a response, generally within 15 days. You will be contacted by our representatives via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
*If your complaint is not applicable for the situation as described ahead, The Department of Consumer Complaints will forward your complaint form to the relative department or person, which means you will be contacted by the involved parties only.
